Rosen Kim Founding CEO
Founding Partner of PRSQ established in 2020, Kim leads in shaping of the strategy and deal sourcing and is advisory to several Small Mid-Sized firms. She is also a serial investor in startup companies.
Prior to founding PRSQ, she worked at Merrill Lynch Korea as Head of Korea Product for 9 years primarily managing client relationships with large global Long Funds investing in Asia and started her career in Korea as International Equity Sales at Hyundai Securities, currently KB Securities, heading its Global Institutional Desk.
She also worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Institutional Sales Desk and Hambros America, Buy-Side Investment Analyst based in New York City.
Kim holds a Bachelor in Science, Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Recently her accomplishments include “Women’s Executive Board Member Program” at Ewha University, which promotes Women in Board Representation of Corporations in Korea.
SK Lee Managing Director
SK Lee is a co-founding Board member and is responsible for overseeing strategy and execution of advisory for deal companies. He leads in monitoring of operational and financial performances of potential investments.
Lee brings extensive experience as a leading senior analyst and head of the consumer sector coverage and has been awarded several honorable mentions in Equity publications such as Asia Money and Institutional Investor, during his 20 years at Hyundai Securities. He joins PRSQ from Hanwool Investment Company having served as an investment analyst.
Lee holds a degree in Business Management from Korea University.
TY Kim Analyst
TY Kim is an analyst at PRSQ responsible for data gathering, analyzing financials and contributing strategic thinking to portfolio transactions. He is knowledgeable in accounting, financial analysis, taxation and commercial law and experience in software programming.
TY Kim holds a degree in Business Management, Finance and Accounting from Hongik University.
Hakan Borin Senior Advisor
Hakan brings a long working career in RoK. He has been leading global companies’ subsidiaries for ABB, Alstom, Pilz GmbH and Saab AB. Additionally, he is a supporter of Swedish SME’s business development and investments in Korea, He has sector experience in power generation, automotive, shipbuilding, industrial automation, transmission and defense. Having successfully closed mega deals with government entities as well as building distribution network for industrial components, he has a strong grasp of knowledge in business with Korean corporates and government entities.

SK Yeo Senior Advisor
Soon Keong’s main area of practice is in private client work which includes representing families in their commercial and corporate interest, real estate investments and succession planning. His involvement spans across various jurisdictions and includes assisting client in the mergers, acquisition, divestment and governance. He also lectures in the areas of Investment and Commercial Law as an associate lecturer with Singapore University of Social Science and RMIT University.
